class UpdaterFileTransferException

Child class of UpdaterException that indicates a FileTransfer exception.

We have to catch FileTransfer exceptions and wrap those in t(), since FileTransfer is so low-level that it doesn't use any Drupal APIs and none of the strings are translated.
